One way that I stay organized at the beginning of each scouting year is to put all of my paperwork into my Girl Scout binder. I bought tabs and divided it into sections:
- Leader meeting notes and other Leader information
- Dues Summary Report
- Blanket Permission Forms
- Girl’s Health History
- Try-It Record Sheet
- Copies of extra papers from projects I have done with the girls (for reference)
- Miscellaneous papers
Being organized prevents stress because everything I need is in it’s place and in alphabetical order. My binder goes on every field trip and is with me at every meeting.
If you do not have a binder, I highly recommend it!
