Over the past 12+ years as a leader, I have written many posts about our Girl Scout Journey meetings. Here is a roundup of our Girl Scout Junior Amuse Journey meetings.

I still find it hard to believe that my girls are 12th grade Ambassadors. Writing about what we have done over the years is like having an online diary. As Girl Scout leaders attempt to earn the Bronze Award during these challenging tmes, I decided to take a look back at what my troop did to earn this badge so they could earn their Bronze Award.
Here is a roundup of all the blog posts, in order of each meeting, on how my troop did the Girl Scout Juinor Amuse Journey. It did not take as long as some might think. Just remember…if a troop can do a Journey in a Day, they can do a Journey over a few meetings. The amount of time spent is almost the same.

I am a new leader and I’m working with second year juniors and they really wanted to get their bronze before bridging up so thank you for this post. I was feeling overwhelmed trying to get these girls their award is a short amount of time.
You are welcome, Sarah! Please ask your Council if there is an extension available due to COVID-19. In addition, you can do the spirit of the steps, that is, do what works for your troop. That is what I did for my Senior Journeys. If Council’s can offer a Journey in a Day, you can do this in a few meetings before the TAP. Good luck!
