Cookie season is a long for both leaders, cookie managers and the girls. One way to keep them motivated is with a tracking tool that you develop as a visual for your girls. I have seen leaders do this on posterboard, with each number of cookies sold as a troop milestone being hit equals a particular trip or experience. It helps promote sister and not competition as to who sells the most boxes.

Along with the experience they will receive when they hit a goal, you can hand out small cute koala cookie reward gifts along the way. This not only gives the girls motivation, it can help the girls who are not on track for a major incentive, no matter what the reason is for them being unable to sell huge numbers of cookies.
