It goes without saying that this is a time of difficulty. What we are experiencing now is in no way comparable to any other time in the history where we or our girls have been alive. For students who are high school seniors, their milestone moments have been taken away from them.

If you are fortunate to still lead a troop of girls who have made it this far, I am sure that you were planning on a grand celebration to mark the end of their childhood scouting. A final bridging-Bridge to Adult, maybe a Gold Award or two to celebrate, and the end of a sisterhood that started way back when the girls were young.
You still have time in the summer for a bridging ceremony, should things clear up enough to hold one with social distancing in place. The girls will not be heading off to college until August (if they are going to college or if the college they are attending is even opening in the fall).
