When I was leading my Girl Scout troop, by the end of Spring Break, we only had three more meetings to go before we lost our meeting space. I always tried to make these last few meetings both fun, and to be honest, easy on myself.
One of these meetings was devoted to our perpetual Girl Scout scrapbooks. I had spent the months of January to April buying clearance stickers and paper for the girls to use. My co-leader, who was the troop photographer from grades K-5, ran off pictures for the girls, and gave them each their own set. Some were photos were of the girl by herself, some were candids, and others were group shots. It was a laid back and chill meeting, and the girls just loved to sit, scrapbook, and chat away. It was fun for them to look back on what they had done over the past few months.
We typically took a trip or bridged for our last time together, and I did not consider that a typical meeting, since so much more planning went into that.
If you are looking for easy activities for your troop to do at the end of the year, here are some ideas.
Last Girl Scout Meeting of the Year Photo Props
If you want to have some fun with the girls, grab some chalk and take lots of silly pictures with these chalkboard photo props. These pictures will look wonderful in your Girl Scout Memory book or scrapbook.
I have created last Girl Scout meeting photo op signs for every level, Daisy through Ambassador. Each product contains three signs:
Once chalkboard with a space to write the date
One chalkboard without the date
One on a white background
While the Daisy one is pictured, they are available for all levels in my TpT store.

Girl Scout Memory Books
Leaders can use these Girl Scout Memory books both years the troop is at that level (and three years for Cadettes). This is similar to a scrapbook. If you’d like, you can buy the girls a three ring binder with a front loading page, three hole punch the Memory Book, and use that as your scrapbook.
