For many leaders, the end of the school year is also the end of the scouting year. They may meet once or twice over the summer, but formal meetings are on hold until school resumes.
These Girl Scout Memory Books and Time Capsules are print and go meetings that you can have your girls do.

Girl Scout Scrapbook Supplies
From the time my troop were little Daisy scouts, we scrapbooked. In fact, my 21 year old daughter, whose troop I led for 13 years, still takes out her scrapbook from time to time. It was a very special time for both of us that we look back at fondly.
If you are looking to do regular scrapbook or a perpetual one like my troop did (Avery binder with sheet protectors added for years. You can get a second one for when they are older).
Girl Scout Scrapbook Stickers
In the past during the 2010s, the GSUSA had official scrapbooking stickers. While long discontinued, they, as well as other stickers often appear on eBay. You can find what’s for sale at the present time here.
If you took pictures during cookie season, here are Girl Scout cookie themed stickers your troop can use.
Colorful stickers can be found here.
