It’s that time of year-Girl Scout cookie time! One way your troop can sell a lot of cookies in a short amount of time is to have a booth sale.

I have read many posts on Facebook about what leaders must have at their cookie booths, and have compiled this list for you. You may not need all of these items, so use what works best for your troop.

In addition toy the obvious needs of a table and the cookies, here are items leaders said were necessary to have at their booth sales.

Booth Box-This can be a clear storage tote that you will take to each booth. Inside the box you will keep:

  • Tablecloth (this three pack is shiny green iridescent and will make your table stand out)
  • Fanny pack to keep the money (always keep it close to you)
  • Tape for signs or tape gun
  • Donation jar if you are collecting money to donate cookies
  • Credit card Square reader
  • Stylus pen for signing
  • “We Accept Credit Cards” sign
  • $100 in change (singles, fives and tens)
  • Portable charger
  • Signs and posters the girls made for the booth
  • Booth decor (like this fun green and gold tassel garland)
  • List of girls coming to the booth and their time slots
  • Tally sheets/Record of which cookies and how many were taken to the booth
